Virtual Events

USCCE Engagement Events

In response to the rapidly changing world that influences how we engage and learn and in part due to COVID-19, in April 2020 the USCCE launched the Engagement Events series to provide virtual opportunities for conversation and collaboration among coach educators and coach developers across sports and sport contexts worldwide

USCCE Engagement Events are committed to providing professionals in coach education and coach development opportunities to discuss common challenges and share strategies for providing quality educational support to sport coaching professionals.

Previous Engagement Events have provided deep dives for members across a variety of topics such as:

  • Academic Coach Educators Chat

  • Notes from the CD Field: USA Hockey Coach Development Experiences

  • Notes from the CD Field: US Tennis Association Coach Development Experiences

  • Supporting Coaches in Returning from Isolation

  • The Rapidly Changing Landscape of Coaching Education in the Time of COVID-19

  • Dismantling Racial Barriers: An Open Conversation

  • Sharing Best Practices in Coaching Education: Creating and Facilitating Informal Learning Experiences in Higher Education Programs  -  A joint event with

Event registration is required for 2020 Engagement Events but membership is not.

And for the remainder of 2020, all USCCE Engagement Events are free for all interested participants.
